Traffic ranks are from alexa.com and are the 3-month averages on 2009-05-04. The script has been updated to only keep the top 100 now. Also, if you run the script you can from source mode, just copy and paste the new data in.
I've removed urbandictionary.com - it looks like all PHP to me. If someone wants to give some evidence that they are actually a "rails" site then they can add them back.
Added AboutUs.org back in, it is indeed a Rails app (I work there). It used to be a mediawiki app, but hasn't been for a few years now. Also removed the old text from the footer (on aboutus.org) talking about mediawiki.

http://homestars.com (a rails site) has an alexa ranking of 80, 600 (it had a ranking of 85K about 3 days ago when you last ran)

I looked over the script, but not sure how you determine what is a rails site.
